TraceWell empowers you to make informed decisions about your environment and consumption through:

• Localized water quality reports, sourced from utilities and enhanced with our insights (e.g., contaminant health impacts, metric conversions).
• Real-time and historical air quality data, sourced from sensors or public databases, with added analysis.
• Product scanning to identify contaminants (e.g., microplastics, chemicals) using third-party databases or lab reports.
• Educational resources on water, air, and product safety.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer: Our data and insights are sourced from third parties (e.g., utilities, labs) and may not be fully accurate, complete, or current. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional testing or advice. Brand and product information does not imply endorsement or verification by TraceWell.

To access personalized features, you'll need a TraceWell account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us at support@tracewell.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under 16, you may only use TraceWell with verifiable parental consent. Contact support@tracewell.app for details.

TraceWell offers free and Pro subscription plans. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as outlined in your chosen plan.
• Provide valid payment information for processing.
• Authorize recurring charges for automatic renewals.
• Cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Contact support@tracewell.app for billing questions.

TraceWell uses third-party data (e.g., from water utilities, air quality sensors, product databases) and services (e.g., payment processors). We're not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content, but we strive to ensure reliable sources.

Any content you submit (e.g., product scan data, feedback) remains yours. By submitting, you:

• Grant TraceWell a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display it for service improvement.
• Confirm you have the right to share the content.
• Agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

TraceWell's content, including reports, designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our app or website.
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.

To keep TraceWell safe and reliable, you agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Submit false or misleading data, including product scans.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraceWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including reliance on water, air, or product scan data or our insights. We are not responsible for disputes with product manufacturers or brands based on our data.

TraceWell is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of water, air, or product data or our insights (e.g., health impacts, metric conversions).
• Suitability for specific health or safety needs.

Product scan results, water/air quality reports, and insights are informational only and not a substitute for professional testing or advice. Brand and product information does not imply endorsement or verification by TraceWell.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Disrupt our services or harm other users.

We may also terminate access for reasonable business or technical reasons. Upon termination, you can request data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

TraceWell isn't liable for delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or laws. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
