1. Our No-Refund Policy
TraceWell is committed to providing transparent and valuable water quality, air quality, and product scanning services. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and access to our services upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, including our Pro subscription, unless required by applicable law.
Before subscribing, we encourage you to explore our free version, which includes basic water and air quality reports and limited product scanning, to ensure TraceWell meets your needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
While refunds are not available, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel:
- Log in to your TraceWell account on our website or app.
- Navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Subscription" section.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access to Pro features until then. No further charges will apply after cancellation.

3. App Store Purchases
If you purchased a TraceWell subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party platform, refunds are subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact the platform directly to request a refund:
- Apple App Store: Visit support.apple.com/billing
- Google Play Store: Visit support.google.com/googleplay
TraceWell cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
4. Legally Required Refunds
In certain jurisdictions, such as the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to a refund within 14 days of subscribing, provided you haven't accessed our digital content (e.g., viewed reports or used product scanning). If you believe you're eligible, contact us at support@tracewell.app within 14 days of purchase with your account details and reason for the request.
We'll review your request in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Once you access our services, this right may no longer apply, as the digital content is considered delivered.
